Do I need to choose a clinic to add my pet's health records?
No. You can add health records in PadsPass without selecting a clinic.
When you might skip clinic selection
Your clinic is not listed in PadsPass.
You are adding older records and do not remember the clinic details.
You just want to upload or enter records for your own organization.
How to add records without a clinic
Open your pet profile.
Tap add health record.
When prompted to choose a clinic, select Skip / Continue without a clinic.
Enter the record details or upload your document.
