Important: PadsPass is not a veterinary clinic and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice. Use of our website, app, live chat, SMS, email, or VIPP coordination does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR). Any health clearances, prescriptions, or certificates (including health/fit-to-fly/fit-to-travel) must be issued by a licensed veterinarian, and all clinical guidance comes from that provider—not PadsPass. For emergencies or medical decisions, contact your veterinarian or local emergency services. No legal/regulatory advice. PadsPass does not provide legal advice. Airline, border, or regulatory information is provided as general coordination only; users should confirm requirements with the applicable carrier/authority or qualified counsel.
